The art of Fixing

 I have been helping foreigners (friends of friends, strangers or colleagues) in a number of different ways in Armenia, as a fixer unofficially, since at least 2014 when I got back from my world travels and decided to re-settle here. But more specifically for fixing / lining up I was contacted first in 2015 when a new regional long-distance hiking trail was coming to existence (financed by Landrover annual bursary, supported by the Royal Geographic of UK), and the team of explorers needed an Armenian counterpart for various fixing tasks. I was contacted by my British friend James Scipioni with a proposal to join the team of Transcaucasian Expedition, so I did, and as a team of 3 we went on a months-long expedition in Armenia and Georgia (covering over 4000 kms distance) to explore the route of the future trail.
